FORMS AND PERMITS
Are you planning on starting any form of construction? You can meet the head of urban planning to present your project. He will guide you on the steps to follow as well as the documents and information to provide in order to obtain your permit as soon as possible.
Most importantly, please do not start your renovations without a permit – working in concert with the members of the municipal team is always a winning strategy!
Steps to follow:
- Fill out the form corresponding to your project
- Gather the documents written on the form
- Complete the proxy form if necessary
- Tender the documents with your payment by cheque or cash in person at the City Hall
- Make your electronic payment by transfer if applicable By email: inspecteur@ivry-sur-le-lac.qc.ca
According to section 44 of By-law number 2013-059 Permits and Certificates, the time limit for the issuance of a permit or certificate is set at 60 days. This delay applies only and only from the moment the application file is complete.
